摘    要:目的:探讨微创颅内血肿清除术联合亚低温治疗对高血压脑出血患者预后的影响。方法:回顾分析39例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,其中16例行微创手术,23例行微创手术联合亚低温治疗。比较两组患者病死率及格拉斯哥评分。结果:微创手术联合亚低温组意识恢复程度明显优于微创组,病死率明显降低。讨论:微创颅内血肿清除术联合亚低温治疗高血压脑出血可明显降低病死率和致残率。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the prognostic effect of removing the intracranial hematoma by minimal invasion with combined mild hypothermia treatment for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The clinical data of 39 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were reviewed,in which 16 received treatment with minimally invasive removal of the hematoma(operation group)and 23 were undergone minimally invasive removal combined with mild hypothermia treatment(control group).The scores were compared in the two groups by Glasgow Outcome Scale.Results:The patients in the control group appeared much better prognosis,but with lower mortality as compared with the operation group.Conclusion:Minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma with combined mild hypothermia intervention may significantly reduce the mortality and disability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
