| 摘 要： | 目的:确定芜湖地区健康人群(20~40岁)姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)率平均值。方法:随机选择健康人群40例,对其外周血淋巴细胞按姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)检测方法进行培养检测,计数SCE发生率。结果:本地区健康人群自发SCE互换率AM呈正态分布,范围为4.1~8.9,平均值为6.7±1.4,各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:SCE互换率AM可作为染色体结构稳定性的检测指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective：To estimate the mean spontaneous frequency of sister chromatid exhange（SCE） in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of healthy population aged 20 to 40 years in Wuhu area.Methods： Forty healthy subjects were randomly chosen to test their frequencies of SCEs by culturing the peripheral blood lymphocytes.Results： Normal distribution was found in the population regarding the frequency of SCE,ranging between 4.1 and 8.9,with mean frequency of（6.7±1.4）but without significant difference between age groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： SCE frequency may serve as one of the hallmarks estimating the stability of chromosomal structure. |
