丹参注射液在小鼠体内的毒效药动学研究

目的　测定丹参注射液的毒效药动学参数 ,探讨其体内经时过程。方法　以小鼠急性死亡率为指标 ,于不同时间先后两次给予丹参素 36 .85mg/kg ,ip。测定首次给药后不同时间药物的体存量 ,进行房室模型拟合并计算药动学参数。结果　丹参注射液在小鼠体内呈一级动力学消除 ,主要毒效动力学参数 :T1/2α0 .90h ,T1/2 β2 2 .4 8h。结论　丹参注射液在小鼠体内的毒效动力学过程呈二室模型

Estimation of the toxipharmacokinetics of Danshen Injection in mice

Objective To determine the parameters of toxicokinetics of Danshen Injection in mice . Methods Salvia miltiorrhiza injection was given by ip injection twice into mice and each group was administered at different intervals. According to the index of acute mortality of mice, the remain dose of the first ip injection was determined, then the apparent parameters of toxicokinetics of the drug were estimated. Results The first-kinetics was noted on elimination of the drug. The apparent half life was as follows: T \{1/2α\}0.90 h,T \{1/2β\}22.48 h. Conclusion These findings suggest that the elimination of Danshen Injection well fit for two-compartment model.
