抑郁症患者的认知功能与P300的临床研究

目的:探讨抑郁症患者的认知功能特点,神经心理学测验与事件相关电位P300的相关性。方法:采用韦氏成人智力量表、韦氏记忆量表、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WC-ST)及事件相关电位P300,分别对40例抑郁症患者(抑郁症组)与40名健康志愿者(对照组)进行测查,并将P3潜伏期和P3波幅与上述神经心理学测验进行相关性分析。结果:①抑郁症组言语分测验中的算术、相似因子分;操作测验中各因子、智商,韦氏记忆商;WCST各指标;P3潜伏期及P3波幅均低于对照组。②P3潜伏期与操作智商、持续性错误百分数、随机错误百分数呈负相关,波幅与短时记忆,随机错误百分数呈正相关。结论:抑郁症患者存在全面的认知功能损害,P3潜伏期和P3波幅有可能作为认知功能的参考指标。

Clinical study on cognitive function and eventrelated potential P300 in depression

Objective:To approach the cognitive function and the correlation between neuropsychological test and event-related potential P300.Methods Wechsler adult intelligence scale(WAIS-RC),Wechsler memory scale(WMS),Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST)0] and P300 change were employed to detect the cognitive function in both 40 depressed patients(experimental group) and 40 healthy volunteers(control group).Both the latency and amplitude of P3 were compared with the findings of neuropsychological test and event-related potential P300 in depressed subjects.Results: Accounting,similarity,all factors in performance,VIQ,PIQ,IQ,MQ,WCST,the latency period of P3 and P3 amplitude in depressed patients were significantly worse than the controls(P<0.01)or(P<0.05).The latency period of P3 was negatively correlated with PIQ,percentage of preservative errors or random errors,but P3 amplitude was directly correlated with the short-term memory and random errors percentage in depressed patients.Conclusion: The findings suggest that depressed patients may suffer from comprehensive impairment in their cognitive function and the latency period and amplitude of P3 can be an indication of evaluating the cognitive function.
