| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高龄初产妇的妊娠合并症、并发症的发生率及其处理对策。方法:回顾分析110例高龄初产妇(高龄组)的临床资料,并与同期正常生育年龄初产妇(对照组)进行对照。结果:观察组妊娠合并症、并发症的发生率高于对照组,手术产率明显上升。结论:高龄初产妇妊娠合并症、并发症的发生率高于对照组,剖宫产率明显增加;加强高龄初产妇产前监护、做好分娩处理十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the incidence of pregnancy coexisted disease and management of complications in delivery of elderly primi- paras.Methods:Clinical data of 110 elderly primiparas were analyzed retrospectively in comparison with the younger counterparts during the period from January,2001 to June,2007.Results:The incidences of pregnancy coexisted disease and complications in delivery of elder primi- paras were higher than those of their counterparts and the requirement of uterine-incision delivery was much higher.Conclusion:The findings suggest that it is essential to provide elderly primiparas with antepartum monitoring and management in delivery. |
