| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高压氧综合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 将 183例突发性耳聋患者分为高压氧 (HBO)组113例 ,对照组 70例 ,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 HBO组在治愈率和总有效率方面明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 对突发性耳聋采用高压氧综合治疗是有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To explore the effect of the therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) applied in the treatment of sudden sensorineural deafness(SSND) Methods\ 183 cases of SSND were divided into a HBO group (113 cases) and a control group(70 cases) to compare the effect with each other. Results\ Both the cure rate and total effective rate of the HBO group are significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05) . Conclusion\ The therapy combined with HBO may be one of the effective methods for treating SSND |
