上消化道肿瘤危险因素的病例对照研究

摘    要:目的 探讨上消化道肿瘤发生的危险因素 ,为上消化道肿瘤的预防提供依据。方法 采用病例对照研究 ,对 4 7例上消化道肿瘤患者按年龄、性别进行 1:1配对 ,用Logistic回归作单因素、多因素分析。 结果 常吃剩饭菜(OR =32 .2 0 9)、喜吃腌制食品 (OR =8.5 4 2 )、口味偏咸 (OR =7.990 )、不按时进餐 (OR =6 .5 73)、有家族遗传史(OR =4 .5 4 9)及使用冰箱 (OR =0 .111)等因素与上消化道肿瘤发生有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 常吃剩饭菜、喜食腌制食品、口味偏咸、不按时进餐、有家族遗传史等因素是上消化道肿瘤发生的主要危险因素 ,而使用冰箱可能有保护作用

Abstract:Objective To investigate risk factors of upper digestive tract cancer (UDTC) and provide evidence for the prevention of UDTC. Methods A 1:1 case - control study on 47 cases of upper digestion tract was conducted on the basis of sex and age. The relationship between risk factors and UDTC was analysed by conditional univariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results The irregularity of three meals(OR=6.573), salted food(OR=8.542), leftover food(OR=32.209), heavy salt food(OR=7.990), family history of tumor(OR=4.549) and the use of the refrigerator(OR=0.111) were statistically singnificant with UDTC(P<0.05) Conclusion The main risk factors of UDTC are the irregularity of three meals ,salted food , leftover food, and family history of tumor. The use of refrigerator may have protective factor against UDTC.
