关于急性踝关节损伤X线检查的临床分析

目的：探讨X线检查对急性踝关节损伤的临床诊断价值。方法：选取查体中心2015年1月至2016年1月就诊的急性踝关节损伤患者共80例，所有患者均经过临床综合检查证实。结果：观察组检查正确率为97.5％（39／40）高于对照组的72.5％（29／40），2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：应用 X线诊断急性踝关节损伤，可较准确地判定患者是否出现关节脱位或骨折症状，有很重要的临床推广价值。

Clinical analysis of X-ray examination of acute ankle joint injury

Objective:Investigate the clinical value of X-ray examination in the diagnosis of acute ankle joint injury.Methods:80 cases of acute ankle in-jury in our hospital from January 2015 to January in were selected.All patients were confirmed by clinical comprehensive examination.Results:The correct rate of observation group was 97.5%(39/40)higher than the control group of 72.5%(29/40),the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of X-ray diagnosis of acute ankle injury,can accurately determine whether the patient has a joint dislocation or fracture symptoms,there is a very important clinical value.
