单纯腰痛性中央型腰椎间盘突出症50例临床观察及治疗

目的：研究并分析治疗单纯腰痛性中央型腰椎间盘突出症患者时使用中药联合牵引治疗的效果。方法：收集单纯腰痛性中央型腰椎间盘突出症患者共100例，根据患者入院日期的单双号数分为50例对照组和50例观察组，对照组患者接受中药治疗，观察组在此基础上联合使用牵引治疗。结果：观察组患者治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：在单纯腰痛性中央型腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗过程中，中药内服联合牵引治疗能够获得满意效果，并极大缓解患者的痛苦，值得推广应用。

Clinical observation and treatment of 50 cases of lumbar disc herniation with low back pain

Objective:To study the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in patients with simple low back pain.Methods:to collect pure lumbago central type lumbar disc herniation in patients with a total of 100 cases,according to the odd and even numbers of patients admitted to date the number of 50 cases of control group and 50 cases in the observation group.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the con-trol group,P <0.05.Conclusions:in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients,Chinese medicine combined with traction treatment can obtain satisfactory results.
