摘    要:目的 了解学习障碍儿童的智力情况 ,分析其原因以便进行早期干预。方法 采用中国韦氏儿童智力量表智商测定 ,并进行家庭问卷 ,评价智力以及与智力有关的各种因素对其智力的影响。结果  5 8例学习障碍儿童中 5 1例 (87 9% )智力正常 ,7例 (12 1% )智力为临界水平。部分儿童存在着言语和 /或操作方面的缺陷 ,概括、推理、计算及语言能力不足。结论 学习障碍儿童可继发情绪及行为障碍。应采取药物、行为矫正及心理治疗等综合措施。

Abstract:Object To investigate the intelligence of the children with learning disability(LD) and analyze the reasons so as to take early intervention.Methods The intelligence quotients(IQ) of LD children were measured by means of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC) and family questionnaires were collected to evaluate the intelligence and analyze various related factors which affect the intelligence.Result Among all 58 LD children,51(87.9%)children's intelligence was normal,9(12.1%)children's was at critical level. Some of them had deficiencies in language, generalization, logic, calculation and practice.Conclusion LD children tend to suffer from obstacle in mood and behavior. Comprehensive measures, including medicine, behavioral modification and psychological treatment, should be taken.
