| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复方地龙胶囊对哮喘小鼠血清白细胞介素-4（IL-4）分泌的影响。方法：实验分5组：正常对照组、哮喘模型组、复方地龙胶囊高剂量组、复方地龙胶囊低剂量组和地塞米松组,每组各10只。采用卵白蛋白（OVA）腹腔注射致敏建立小鼠支气管哮喘模型,并予以复方地龙胶囊或地塞米松对哮喘小鼠进行治疗,处死后用ELISA法检测小鼠血清白细胞介素-4（IL-4）的表达水平。结果：哮喘模型组小鼠血清IL-4含量明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）;复方地龙胶囊高、低剂量组及地塞米松组IL-4含量水平均明显低于哮喘模型组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;复方地龙胶囊高、低剂量组与地塞米松组比较,差异没有显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：复方地龙胶囊可通过影响哮喘小鼠血清IL-4的水平,调节免疫系统,进而对其治疗起重要作用。
