贵州毛南族9项人类群体遗传学特征调查

目的：了解贵州毛南族部分遗传性状的分布特征。方法：采用整群随机抽样方法,对贵州平塘县471名毛南族（男性237人,女性234人）的卷舌、叠舌、前额发际、发旋、耳耵聍、拇指类型、中指毛、环食指长和小指弯曲9对遗传性状进行调查。结果：贵州毛南族卷舌、叠舌、前额发际、发旋、耳耵聍、拇指类型、中指毛、环食指长和小指弯曲显性性状出现率分别为91.3%、56.5%、24.6%、60.5%、25.1%、43.9%、31.2%、13.0%、96.8%。其中,男性分别为89.5%、57.4%、38.4%、57.0%、25.7%、43.0%、39.2%、9.7%、97.9%,女性分别为93.2%、55.6%、64.1%、24.4%、44.9%、23.1%、16.2%、95.7%。结论：贵州毛南族9个遗传性状的性别分布特征存在一定差异,且彼此相关性极小。

An investigation on nine Human population genetic characters of Maonan nationality in Guizhou

Objective： To understand the features of some genetic characters of Maonan nationality in Guizhou. Method： A morphological survey on 471 random people of the Maonan （male 237, female 234） living in Pingtang county in Guizhou were carried out in December 2007. Meanwhile, the frequencies of 9 genetic characters were calculated, and its＇ correlations were analyzed. Results： The frequencies of dominant genetic characters of the curly sides and top of tongue, front form of hair, nose top, cerumen, thumb style, hair of middle finger, style of fore and ring fingers, curl of little finger were 91.3%, 56.5% , 24. 6% , 60.5% , 25.1% , 43.9% , 31.2% , 13.0% , 96.8% respectively. Those of males were 89.5% , 57.4% , 38.4% , 57.0%, 25.7%, 43.0%, 39.2%, 9.7%, 97.9%, and of females were 93.2%, 55.6%, 64. 1%, 24.4%, 44.9%, 23.1%, 16.2%, 95.7% respectively. Conclusions： Nine genetic characters have differences in sex of the Maonan in Guizhou, but these indices show extremely little corrections.
