鸦胆子油注射液经支气管动脉灌注治疗晚期肺癌的临床研究

目的探讨支气管动脉灌注鸦胆子油注射液及化疗药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效方法103例晚期非小细胞肺癌随机分为治疗组53例，采用鸦胆子油注射液结合化疗药行支气管动脉灌注，对照组50例，采用单纯支气管动脉灌注化疗。结果治疗组客观疗效（CR＋PR）达67.9％，对照组46％，二组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）；治疗组在提高生活质量、保护免疫和骨髓功能方面优于对照组，二组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01，P〈0.05）。结论鸭胆子油注射液结合化疗药行支气管动脉灌注治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能提高客观疗效，并能提高生活质量、保护免疫功能及骨髓功能。

Clinical Research of Branchial Artery Infusion by Oleum Fructus Bruceae on Advanced Stage Nonsmall-cell Lung Cancer

Objective：To approach the clinical therapeutic effect of branchial artery infusion by oleum fructus bruceae and chemotherapeutics on advanced stage nonsmall-cell lung cancer.Mehtod： 103 cases of patients with advanced stage nonsmall-cell lung cancer were seprated randomly into treatment group （53 cases of branchial artery infusion by oleum fructus bruceae） and control group（50 cases of branchial artery infusion by chemotherapeutics）.Result：The objective therapeutic effect （CR＋PR） was 67.9% and that of the control group was 46%,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）;and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life and protecting the immunity and medulla function.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01, P〈.05）,Conclusion： Branchial artery infusion by oleum fructus bruceae and chemotherapeutics could improve the objective therapeutic effect ,quality of life and protect the immune function and medulla function of advanced stage nonsmall-cell lung cancer patients.
