| 摘 要： | 目的 125I同位素粒子食管内照射支架治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效观察。方法对30例晚期食管癌患者行125I同位素粒子食管内照射支架治疗,术后进行临床及影像学随访。结果 30例患者顺利置入支架30枚（直径18～20mm,长径6～10cm）,手术成功率100%。30例患者术前吞钡造影均显示病变部位狭窄程度〉80%,术后病变处管腔恢复至正常内径的90～100%。患者吞咽困难改善100%,卡氏评分≥60分者由术前的11例增加至25例。术后3月CT示病变较术前部分缓解15例,进展5例,稳定10例。30例患者生存期为6～20.5个月,平均约为9.9个月。结论 125I粒子食管内照射支架为晚期食管癌患者提供了一种较为理想的治疗方式。
