早期嚼服氯吡格雷及阿斯匹林联合静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效

目的观察分析急性心肌梗死患者早期嚼服氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合静脉溶栓治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月本院收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组(嚼服阿司匹林治疗)和研究组(嚼服氯吡格雷及阿司匹林治疗),各50例。比较两组临床疗效、左室射血分数、急性生理与慢性健康评分(APACHEⅡ)及出血不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组左室射血分数高于常规组,APACHEⅡ评分低于常规组(P<0.05);两组出血不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗后嚼服氯吡格雷与阿司匹林,可进一步提高临床疗效,改善患者心功能,且安全性较高,出血不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of early chewing clopidogrel and aspirin combined with intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of early chewing clopidogrel and aspirin combined with intravenous thrombolyt-ic therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from Novem-ber 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the conventional group(chewing aspirin treat-ment)and the study group(chewing clopidogrel and aspirin treatment),with 50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction,APACHEⅡscore and adverse bleeding reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the APACHEⅡscore was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of bleeding adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Chewing clopidogrel and aspirin after intravenous thrombolytic thera-py in patients with acute myocardial infarction can further improve clinical efficacy and cardiac function,with high safety and less bleeding side ef-fects,which is worthy of clinical application.
