百令胶囊治疗自身免疫性甲状腺疾病对患者甲状腺功能及自身抗体水平的影响

目的探究百令胶囊治疗自身免疫性甲状腺疾病对患者甲状腺功能及自身抗体水平的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年1月本院收治的98例自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组行甲巯咪唑片治疗,观察组采用百令胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后甲状腺功能、自身抗体水平变化情况等。结果治疗后,两组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)指标均低于治疗前,血清促甲状腺素(TSH)水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FT4水平上升程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组促甲状腺受体抗体(TRAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TRAb(1.67±0.36)U/L,TPOAb(25.91±6.94)U/ml,TGAb(22.91±6.83)IU/ml,明显低于对照组的(2.39±0.59)U/L、(34.54±7.38)U/ml、(39.27±5.80)IU/ml(P<0.05)。结论采用百令胶囊治疗自身免疫性甲状腺疾病能有效提高患者的自身抗体水平,改善患者甲状腺功能,且无其他明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Bailing capsule in the treatment of autoimmune thyroid diseases on patients' thyroid function and autoantibody level

Objective To explore the effect of Bailing capsule treatment of autoimmune thyroid disease on patients'thyroid function and autoantibody level.Methods 98 patients with autoimmune thyroid disease admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methimazole tablets,and the observation group was treated with Bailing capsules.The changes in thyroid function and autoantibody levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the indexes of free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and serum thyrotropin(TSH)levels were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the increase in FT4 level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The thyroid stimulating receptor antibody(TRAb),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),and anti-thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TRAb(1.67±0.36)U/L,TPOAb(25.91±6.94)U/ml,TGAb(22.91±6.83)IU/ml in the observation group were significantly lower than(2.39±0.59)U/L,(34.54±7.38)U/ml,(39.27±5.80)IU/ml in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Bailing capsules to treat autoimmune thyroid diseases can effectively increase the patient's autoantibody level and improve the patient's thyroid function without other obvious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
