克罗米芬联合醋酸环丙孕酮对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清性激素水平和25羟维生素D及排卵状况的影响

目的探讨克罗米芬联合醋酸环丙孕酮对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清性激素水平、25羟维生素D及排卵状况的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年6月本院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者58例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组29例。对照组采用醋酸环丙孕酮治疗,观察组采用克罗米芬联合醋酸环丙孕酮治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清激素水平、25羟维生素D、超敏C反应蛋白和BMI变化及治疗后妊娠率和排卵率。结果治疗后,观察组促黄体生成素、睾酮和促黄体生成素/促卵泡生成素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组促卵泡生成素比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组25羟维生素D高于对照组,超敏C反应蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05),两组BMI比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组排卵率比较差异无统计学意义。结论克罗米芬联合醋酸环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,可以降低血清性激素,提高妊娠率。

Effects of clomiphene combined with cyproterone acetate on serum sex hormone level, 25 hydroxyvitamin D and ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To investigate the effects of clomiphene combined with cyproterone acetate on serum sex hormone level,25 hydroxyvita-min D and ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 58 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome received in our hospital from September 2018 to June 2020 as the research subject and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cyproterone acetate,and the observation group was treated with clomiphene combined with cyproterone acetate.The changes of serum hormone level,25 hydroxyvitamin D,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and BMI,pregnancy rate and ovulation rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,testosterone,and luteinizing hor-mone/follicle-stimulating hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant differ-ence in follicle-stimulating hormone between the two groups;after treatment,25 hydroxyvitamin D in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was lower than that in the control group,and there was no significant difference in BMI be-tween the two groups;after treatment,the pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the ovulation rate between the two groups.Conclusion Clomiphene combined with cyproterone acetate can re-duce serum sex hormones and improve pregnancy rate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
