介入栓塞术治疗产后出血

目的探讨选择性动脉栓塞术（SAE）治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法对10例产后出血患者采用seidinger技术行双侧髂内动脉造影明确出血血管，对出血侧血管用明胶海绵制成不同颗粒和条进行栓塞。结果10例患者全部成功止血，痊愈出院。结论选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后出血是一种安全、迅速、有效的止血方法，适用于多种产后子宫出血的救治。

Interventional embolization treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To explore the application of selective arterial embolization （SAE） in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Ten cases of postpartum hemorrhage received bilateral internal iliac artery angiography. Gelatin sponge was used to embolize the bleeding artery when finding it. Results Ten patients were successful in haemostasis and discharged. Conclusion： It is a safe, rapid, and effective hemostatie method of selective uterine artery embolization for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
