| 摘 要： | 目的探讨未破裂颅内动脉瘤影像学血流动力学特点，提高未破裂颅内动脉瘤患者的早期诊断率。方法选择有颅内动脉瘤症状但无蛛网膜下腔急性出血的患者及查体无症状者29例，行DSA／3DDSA，CTA／3DCTA、MRA检查。结果患者资料共29例，其中27例共患有动脉瘤29个，阴性2个。MRA检出8人11个征象；DSA检出15人21个征象。结论根据医学影像学特征及简单计算可推断颅内未破裂动脉瘤的破裂几率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate imaging of unruptured intracranial aneurysms in hemodynamics. Methods The 29 clinical suspicions with intracranial aneurysms and no symptom cases were examined by CTA/3D CTA or MRA or DSA/3D DSA. Results For 27patients with 29 aneurysms confirmed, 11 aneurysms systems with 8 cases were detected by MRA, 21 aneurysms systems with 15cases were detected by DSA. Conclusion The ruptured probability can be deduced with imaging systems and calculation. |
