胃间质瘤MDCT征象与临床病理对比分析

目的探讨MDCT诊断胃间质瘤的价值。方法回顾性分析27例经手术或穿刺病理结果证实的胃间质瘤的MDCT多期扫描征象，并与临床病理结果对比。结果27例间质瘤CT正确定位诊断26例，定性诊断21例，分级诊断16例，肿瘤最大直径范围为26mm～220mm，胃外生长11例，胃腔内生长9例，腔内外生长7例，胃底9例，胃体12例，胃窦5例，食管下端及贲门1例，表面溃疡13例．中心坏死21例，均匀强化4例，不均匀强化23例，术前诊断淋巴结转移1例，肝转移2例，骨转移1例。病理结果：良性5例，潜在恶性13例．恶性9例。结论胃间质瘤MDCT表现有较明显的特征性，胃间质瘤可得到较为准确、全面的诊断。

To Analyze and Compare the Correlation of the Multi-detecter Spiral Computed Tomography(MDCT)Findings and Pathologic Features of GSTs

Objective To investigate the imaging diagnostic value of MDCT for GSTs. Methods MDCT multipul-phased findings in 27 cases GSTs proven by operation or biopsy pathology and compared with pathological results were retrospectively analyzed.Results Twenty-six cases of 27 GSTs were correctly diagnosed in localization by CT,21 of 27 GSTs qualitively diagnosed,16 of 27 cases staging diagnosed,the most diameter range of GSTs is 26rnm-220mm, 11 cases extra luminal growth,9 cases intra luminal growth,7cases intra-extraluminal growth. 9 cases occurred in gastric fundus,12 cases in gastric corpus,5 case in gastric antrum,1 case in lower esophagus and gastric cardia.local ulcer were seen on the surfaces of 13 GSTs,center necrosis in 21 GSTs,hornogeneous enhancement in 4 cases,non-homogeneous enhancement in 23 cases,lymph node metastasis in 1 case,heptic metastasis in 2 cases,bone metastasis in 1 case. 5 cases were benign,13 cases potential malignant,9 cases malignant by pathology. Conclusion MDCT findings of GSTs were comparatively obviously characteristic and GSTs could be accurately and comprehensively diagnosed by MDCT.
