| 摘 要： | 目的探讨病人自控镇痛对严重栓塞后综合征的疗效。资料与方法 1例巨块型肝癌、一例肝癌伴脾亢患者,行介入治疗后出现严重腹痛,行病人自控镇痛治疗。结果两例三次应用病人自控镇痛泵治疗后,腹痛明显缓解,无恶心、呕吐。结论病人自控镇痛对严重栓塞后综合征是一种行之有效的方法。
