| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用中西医结合介入的方法综合治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效;方法采用髓芯减压＋自体骨植入手术、口服化淤活骨中药汤剂及介入综合治疗FicatⅠ、Ⅱ期股骨头缺血性坏死患者48例,75髋,术后定期随访,观察疗效。结果48例75髋中,介入治疗即刻血管改善有效率达81.94%,术后随访2～5.2年,临床有效率达86.67%。结论中西医结合介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死FicatⅠ、Ⅱ期疗效显著。
