四君子汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚痰瘀证的临床效果及对患者心功能的影响分析

目的探索四君子汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚痰瘀证的临床效果及对患者心功能的影响分析。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的100例慢性心力衰竭气虚痰瘀证患者作为研究对象,依照奇偶数法分为对照组与实验组,各50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗方法,实验组在对照组基础上联合四君子汤加减治疗方法。比较两组临床疗效、心功能影响及中医证候积分。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组LVEDD指标、LVESD指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组LVEF指标、SV指标、CO指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚痰瘀证患者疗效显著,能改善其心功能影响及中医证候,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of Sijunzi decoction on Qi deficiency and Phlegm Stasis Syndrome of chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Sijunzi decoction in treating Qi deficiency and Phlegm Stasis Syndrome of chronic heart failure and its effect on cardiac function. Methods From June 2018 to June 2020, 100 patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm Stasis Syndrome of chronic heart failure were selected and they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with Sijunzi decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function and TCM Syndrome scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the LVEDD index and LVESD index of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the LVEF index, SV index and Co index of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the score of TCM syndrome in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Adding Sijunzi decoction to chronic heart failure patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is effective, and can improve their cardiac function and tcm syndrome, and it is worthy of clinical promotation.
