| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米索前列醇在人工流产中的作用。方法对在我院妇科门诊确诊为妊娠6—10周的孕妇自愿要求终止妊娠者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组在人工流产前4h经阴道放入米索前列醇200μg于后穹窿处，对照组按常规方法行人工流产术。结果观察组宫颈扩张程度、子宫收缩幅度明显优于对照组（P〈0．01），术中出血量及手术时间较对照明显减少和缩短（P〈0．01），人流综合症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论人工流产的前阴道置入米索前列醇可减少术中出血和损伤、缩短手术时间、减轻病人痛苦，安全、有效，值得临床推广。
