| 摘 要： | 目的 观察人直肠癌淋巴管的超微结构特征,为进一步探讨癌组织的淋巴道转移机制提供形态学依据.方法 取临床直肠癌患者手术切除的组织,按癌组织中央区、周边区及正常区分别取材,应用超薄切片电镜观察对直肠癌组织内淋巴管的形态结构进行研究.结果 在直肠癌组织中心区未见淋巴管;而癌组织周围区淋巴管的密度较癌组织及正常区增高,且管径较... |
