腹腔镜胆囊和阑尾联合切除术的临床应用

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊和阑尾联合切除术。方法 总结1997年1月至2001年4月我院实施的腹腔镜胆囊和阑尾联合切除术18例，其中胆囊结石、慢性胆囊炎12例，胆囊息肉样病变6例，18例均同时患有慢性阑尾炎。结果 手术时间平均68min，术后平均住院4．8天，术后未应用止痛剂，无切口感染，均痊愈出院。随访2个月至2年，无并发症发生。结论 腹腔镜胆囊和阑尾联合切除术安全有效，创伤小，术后恢复快。

Clinical application in combined laparoscopic surgery with cholecystectomy and appendectomy

Objective To investigate the values of clinical application in combined laparoscopic surgery with cholecystectomy and appendectomy. Methods 18 cases undergoing the combined laparoscopic surgery with cholecystectomy and appendectomy in our hospital from January, 1997 to April,2001 were retrospected and summarized.They included chronic cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis in 12 cases and polyp of gallbladder in 6 ones. And they were also suffered from chronic appendicitis.Results All the cases were cured. The average postoperative hospitalization time was 4.8 days and the average operating time was 68 minutes. After the operation, no case used analgesic and no infection of the incision happened.All cases got the follow-up survey from 2 months to 2 years and no complications happened.Conclusion The combined laparoscopic surgery with cholecystectomy and appendectomy is minimal invasive, recovering rapidly, feasible and safety.This operative technique is worth of spreading application.
