| 摘 要： | 目的 研究带３蛋白与红细胞膜流动性的关系及其在病理状态下的改变。方法 对血液病及高血压患者红细胞膜带３蛋白相对含量、红细胞膜流动性及血浆ＭＤＡ分别进行了测定。结果 血液病患者红细胞膜带３蛋白相对含量和膜流动性较对照组显著降低，而血浆ＭＤＡ含量较对照组显著升高。结论 病理状态下，膜流动性的降低与带３蛋白的相对含量减少有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between band 3 protein and membrane fluidity.Methods The relative content of human band 3 protein,the membrane fluidity of erythrocyte and the plasma MDA were measured in normal and patients with hypertension and hemotologic disease.Results The membrane fluidity and the relative content of band 3 protein of erythrocyte from patients reduced,while the MDA level increased.Conclusion In pathological conditions,the reduced membrane fluidity concern with band 3 protein. |
