| 摘 要： | 对脉乐胺抗脑缺血作用进行了实验研究，结果表明，脉乐胺静脉和腹腔注射都可延长小白鼠的两侧颈总动脉结扎后的生存时间，其作用与静脉注射维拉帕米类似，脉乐胺使正常小白鼠的全身耗量减少，且有利剂依赖性，也与维拉帕米作用类似。

| Abstract: | The effects of MLA on the brain ischemia in mice were studied.The results indicated that MLA(iv.and ip.)prolonged the survival time of mice after bilateral common carotid artery ligation,which action is equivalent to verapamil.MLA decreased the oxygen consumption of normal mice,similar to verapamil too. |
