| 摘 要： | 经腹腔给大鼠分另注射氢化可的松或地塞米松，使胸腺发生急性萎缩。组织学检查表明，胸腺皮质变薄，淋巴细胞固缩，碎裂。电交易观察显示淋巴细胞胞质和胞核浓缩，染色质边集和裂解及凋亡小体形成并被吞噬和降解等改变。

| Abstract: | Hydrocortisone or dexamethasone was intraperitoneally injected into rats,and acute thymus atrophy was induced. Histological examination revealed thining of the cortices,condensation and fragmentation of lymphocytes.Electron microscopic observation showed condesation of the cytoplasm and nucleuses,margination and fragmentation of the chromatin, and formation of apoptotic bodies.Most apoptotic bedies were phagocytized and degraded by macrophages.The results confirm that the acute thymus atrophy induced by glucocorticoid is mainly due to apoptosis of the lymphocytes. |
