应激刺激后脑、心微循环损伤超微结构的研究

摘    要:10只水浸浴大白鼠,处于激惹状态,立即处死取脑和心肌组织,观察微循环超微结构。结果显示,实验鼠脑,心微循环内血小板聚集和内皮细胞损伤。而10只对照鼠未见任何病理性变化。

Abstract:The intravascular aggregation of platelets and the damage of microcirculation was demonstrated by electron microscope in the brain and heart of all rats subjected to immersion in warm water. The unstressed rats were not found to have intravascular aggregation of platelets and damage of capillary. The findings suggested that stress could cause microcirculary damage which included injury of endothelium cells and adhesion and secretion of platelets. It suggested that the initial events in the formation of microcirculation disorders is the adhesion and secretion of Platelets.
