新城疫病毒疫苗对人类肺癌细胞株抑瘤作用的病理学研究

在体外培养的ＡＧＺＹ－８３－ａ肺癌细胞中，实验组加入新城疫病毒（ＮＤＶ）疫苗，对照组加入ＰＢＳ液，孵育后光镜，电镜观察结果表明，实验组ＮＤＶ颗粒附着在癌细胞表面，大量癌细胞坏死，可见凋零状死亡，微绒毛变短，融合消失，并形成凋落小体，对照组细胞增殖较快，死亡率较稳定，实验组细胞增殖较慢，死亡率逐渐增加。

Pathological Studies on Experimental Treatment of Lung Adenocarcinoma Cells with Newcastle Disease Virus Vaccine

Cultured lung adenocarcinoma cells were treated with NDV vaccine and after incubation,the cells were observed with light and electron microscopy.The cells showed a series of morphological changes:Newcastle Disease virions adhered to the surface of the cancer cells,plenty of necrosis,the shortage and disappearance of microvilli and the shedding of apoptotic bodies.The number of the cancer cells was increasing slowly and the death rate was more and more enhancing.
