| Abstract: | We report 5 cases of hemorrhage of corpus callosum verified by CT. The corpus hemorrhage is 1.05% of cerebral hemorrhage. Except the general hemorrhage symptom such as edema of brain etc., its main clinical symptom are speaking disturbance and aphasia. Psyche and memory disorder and apraxia, light paraplegia. The apraxia is not only shown in left hand but also right hand and it persist for a long time, If there Were penetration to ventricle, it would be difficult to differentiate from SAH. The diagnosis of corpus hemorrhage only depend on CT. The prognosis is better. |
