多层CT三维成像在先天性外、中、内耳畸形中的应用

摘    要:目的 分析先天性外、中、内耳畸形在多层CT高分辨率颞骨成像中的特点,研讨三维后处理技术在耳颞部中的应用价值。方法 对28例(35耳)先天性耳畸形患进行多层CT扫描,层厚0.5mm图像后处理在东芝Alatoview工作站进行。结果 35耳中外耳道狭窄2耳,外耳道闭锁19耳,垂直外耳道l耳。外耳道先天性胆脂瘤1耳。鼓室狭窄21耳,听小骨先天畸形24耳、破坏消失1耳。面神经畸形10耳。内耳畸形4耳。结论 多层CT高分辨率扫描能清晰显示耳部畸形;结合工作站强大的图像后处理功能,为临床医生提供准确、直观的三维立体影像,较单层SCT有明显优势。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the features of high resolution petrous bone MSCT image in congenital malformation of the external, middle and inner ear; and to evaluate the values of 3D postprocessing in the otoic malformations. Methods Twenty eight cases including 35 ears with congenital malformations were scanned by MSCT, with 0.5mm collimation. Postprocessing images were completed by Toshiba alatoview workstation.Results In 35 ears,2 ears were with stenosis of external auditory meatus, 19 ears with atresia of external auditory meatus, 1 ear with perpendicular external auditory meatus, 1 ear with congenital cholesteatoma, 21 ears with malformation of inner ear. Conclusion High resolution petrous bone MSCT images, combined with 3D postprocessing technology,can clearly show otoic malformations and are superior to SSCT.
