| 摘 要： | 低温下建立犬脑缺血模型，用自行设计的脑保护液脑间断灌注在脑缺血期间进行脑保护，通过对脑神经细胞超微结构的观察来研究该方法的脑保护作用并探讨其在非体外循环的心内直视手术中应用的可行性。

| Abstract: | The cerebral ischemia medels of canine were built in hypothermia.The ultrastructure of encephalic neural cells were observed after brain was protected by hypothermia and cerebral perfusion during circulatory arrest.Sixteen mongrel dogs were divided into two groups.The brain of group A was protected by hypothermia and cerebral perfusion and the brain of group B was protected by hypothermia during cerebral ischemia.The results showed that the degree of neural cell damage in group A was better than that in group B.It indicated that the hypothermia and drugs perfusion play an important role in cerebral protection during complete cerebral ischemia. |
