| 摘 要： | 本文报告了７２例囊虫病患者用滴金法＊ＤＩＧＦＡ）、酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）、皮内试验（ＩＤＴ）、间接血凝试验（ＩＨＡ）进行测试，其阳性率分别为９０．３％、８９％、６７．３％、５６．４％。对６１例非流行区人员只用滴金法检查，其了性率达９６．５％ＤＩＧＦＡ与ＥＬＩＳＡ两者比较，其符合率为８６％。结果表明，ＤＩＧＦＡ的敏感性与特异性都很高。因此，它是囊虫病的一种很好的方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper,diagnostic value of DIGFA in cysticercosis was reported.The results of detection of 72 cysticercosis patients with DIGFA,ELISA,IDT,IHA and 61 non-cysticercosis people only with DIGFA were reported.The positive rates were 90.3%,89%,67.3%,56.4% respectively.The negative rate was 96.5%.Both coincidence rates comparing DIGFA with ELISA were 86%(91/107).The results showed that the sensibility and the specificity of DIGFA were high,Therefore the DIGFA was one of well methods in diagnosis of human cysticercosis. |
