| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨分化诱导剂六亚甲基二乙酰胺（HMBA）对人粘液表皮样癌细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法：用2mmol/L HMBA对培养的粘液表皮样癌细胞体外诱导后，分别采用MTT比色试验、光学显微镜、免疫组织化学、图像分析等方法对处理与未处理细胞的增殖活性进行检测。结果：MTT比色试验显示，HMBA处理的粘液表皮样癌细胞较未处理的细胞增殖活性明显降低。增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）的表达HMBA处理组明显低于对照组（P＜0.01)。结论：HMBA能够明显抑制粘液表皮样癌细胞的增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of inductor Hexamethylene Bisacetamide(HMBA) on the cell growth of mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC-1)cells.Methods MEC-1 cells were induced by 2mmol/L HMBA in vitro.The alternations of cell proliferatiin were detected by use of MTT experiment,light microscopy,immunohistochemical and image analysis respectively.Results MTT experiment showed that the proliferation of MEC-1 cells was inhibited on HMBA treated group.PCNA expression in HMBA treated group was signlificantly lower than non HMBA treated group( P< 0 01).Conclusion HMBA can inhibit the proliferation of MEC-1 cells. |
