育龄期与围绝经期女性血清性激素水平与骨钙素的关系

摘    要:目的评价血清骨钙素N端中分子片段(N-midBGP)和促卵泡成熟激素、黄体生成激素、雌二醇在围绝经期妇女骨代谢中的应用价值。方法应用电化学发光法检测130例围绝经期女性和60例正常育龄期女性的促卵泡成熟激素、黄体生成激素、雌二醇和N-midBGP。结果围绝经期女性与正常育龄期女性比较,促卵泡成熟激素、黄体生成激素水平明显升高(P<0.01),雌二醇水平明显降低(P<0.01),两组人群骨钙素水平测定结果表明,围绝经期女性N-midBGP水平和正常育龄期女性比较明显升高(P<0.01),骨钙素水平的升高伴随有明显的骨量减少。结论女性性激素水平变化可能影响骨代谢,导致骨钙素水平升高,是骨质疏松的关键病理因素。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the practical value of serum N-mid osteocalcin(N-midBGP) and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone,estradiolⅡon the bone metabolism in perimenopausal women.Methods Serum levels of FSH,luteinizing hormone,estradiolⅡand N-midBGP were detected in 130 cases of perimenopausal women(study group) and 60 cases of normal fertile group(control group) by using electrochemiluminescence method.Results There was significant difference in serum levels of FSH,luteinizing hormone,estradiolⅡ,N-midBGP for the two groups(P <0.01).Correlation analysis showed that while serum levels of FSH,luteinizing hormone,N-midBGP increased the serum level of estradiolⅡdecreased in the perimenopausal women.Conclusion Detecting the changes of serum osteocalcin and reproductive hormone levels has an important value for early prevention,diagnosis and treatment the osteoporosis in perimenopausal women.
