氧驱动雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇与布地奈特治疗喘息性支气管炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的明确氧驱动雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇与布地奈特治疗喘息性支气管炎的疗效。方法回顾分析近2年来确诊治疗的60例喘息性支气管炎患儿的治疗方法及疗效。结果氧驱动雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇和布地奈特组与常规治疗组的有效率有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论氧驱动雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇与布地奈特治疗喘息性支气管炎疗效确切,优于全身用药。

Observation on the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis by oxygen derived aerosol inhalation of salbutamol sulphate and budesonide

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of oxygen derived aerosol inhalation of salbutamol sulphate and budesonide in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children. Methods The therapeutic methods and effects of asthmatic bronchitis in 60 children during recent 2 years were reviewed and analyzed. Results The total efficacy rates in the treatment group and control group were 96.6 % and 77.4 % respectively, and there was a significant difference between them (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The oxygen derived aerosol inhalation of salbutamol sulphate and budesonide is effective and superior to systemic administration in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis.
