疑似小肠疾病患者单气囊小肠镜检查

目的分析单气囊小肠镜检查特点及对小肠疾病的诊断价值。方法对怀疑小肠疾病的52例患者行单气囊小肠镜检查,观察临床症状、疾病诊断、进镜方式、进镜时间、患者的耐受性、检出率及并发症的发生率。结果经口进镜40例次,经肛进镜33例次;检出的小肠病变为40例;单气囊小肠镜对不明原因消化道出血的检出率明显高于腹痛、腹泻待查等患者(P<0.05);检出疾病主要有肿瘤性病变、非特异性小肠炎、克隆恩病、血管病变等;经口进镜时间明显短于经肛进镜(P<0.05);患者耐受性好,无并发症发生。结论单气囊小肠镜是目前诊断小肠疾病安全、可靠的方法 。

Analysis of 52 clinical suspected small intestinal diseases detected by single balloon enteroscopy

Objective To analyze the check peculiarity and diagnoses value of single balloon enteroscopy(SBE) for the patients with suspected small bowel disease.Methods 52 patients with suspected small bowel diseases examined by SBE,were observed their clinical symptom,diagnosis, mode and time of thread,patients tolerance,the rate of positive cases and syndrome.Results 40 via mouth and 33 via anus.The positive cases were 40,including tumor,nonspecific small bowel inflammation,crohn disease and intestinal blood vessel disease.The whole detection rate was 76.9%.The positive detection rate of obscure alimentary tract hemorrhage was significantly higher than that of abdominal pain and diarrhea(P<0.05).The time of performance via mouth was reduced than via anus(P<0.05),and patients tolerance were perfect via mouth,without syndrome.Conclusion SBE examination is an effective method in the diagnosis of small bowel diseases at present.
