| 摘 要： | 目的 观察化学性刺激刺激大鼠牙髓造成的炎性痛后,星形胶质细胞及谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)在三叉神经尾端亚核(Vc)内的表达变化.方法 大鼠分为芥茉油组、石蜡油对照组和完全空白对照组.通过制备大鼠炎性牙痛模型,应用免疫荧光双标记实验方法,观察Vc内星形胶质细胞特异性标记物-胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)和GS的表达变化.结果 ...
