摘    要:目的观察柳茶对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛含量的影响。方法以喂饲法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、柳茶(生药)15、7.5g/kg组4组。检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、丙二醛含量及SOD活性。结果柳茶可明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL、丙二醛含量,提高HDL含量及SOD活性。结论柳茶对高脂血症大鼠具有调血脂及抗脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Sibiraea angustata (LT) on blood lipid, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondiadehgde (MDA) in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods High-fat-diet was used to cause experimental hyperlipidemia rats. 40 Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups: control group, hyperlipidemia model group, 15 g/(kg.d) LT group, 7.5 g/(kg.d) LT group. The content of total cholesterol (TC), trilycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), MDA and activities of SOD in serum were measured respectively. Results LT significantly decreased the content of TC, TG, LDL, MDA and increased the content of HDL and activities of SOD of serum in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Conclusion LT has the effects of regulating blood lipid and inhibiting lipid peroxidation in experimental hyperlidemid rats.
