| Abstract: | The present paper describes the po- llen morphology of 22 species of the genus Aconitum from China.The pollen grains of the genus are all examined with scanning electron microscope. Pollen grains of the genus are subpro- late,prolate,or spheroidal;3-colpus with distinct aperture membranes.The influence of the environment on the developing pollen of Aconitum needs to be investigated. |
