秦岭铁线莲挥发油类成分研究

摘    要:目的研究秦岭铁线莲挥发油化学成分.方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取秦岭铁线莲的挥发性化学成分,气相色谱质谱分离并分析鉴定各成分及其相对含量.结果共鉴定出37个化合物,其中含量较大的有十六酸、二十碳三烯酸甲酯、肉豆蔻酸、十六酸甲酯.结论首次研究了秦岭铁线莲挥发油类化学成分并鉴定出37个化合物.

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical components of volatile oil from Clematis obscura. Methods Volatile oil from Clematis obscura was extracted by steam distillation, and its chemical components and relative contents were separated and analyzed by GC/MS. Results 37 compounds were identified, out of them, the main compounds are hexadecanoic acid, 11, 14, 17-eicosatrienoic acid methyl ester, tetradecanoic acid and hexadecanoic methyl ester. Conclusion We for the first time analyzed the chemical components of volatile oil from Clematis obscura and identified 37 components from it.
