| 摘 要： | 目的 研究大鼠坐骨神经慢性压迫损伤(CCI)后脊髓背角神经元P2X3受体的变化,以探讨P2X3受体在初级中枢中的作用.方法 雄性SD大鼠20只,随机分为正常组、CCI后3、7和14 d组.采用von Frey细丝法检测大鼠机械痛敏压力阈值变化,采用免疫组化技术检测不同时间段大鼠脊髓背角P2X3受体表达的变化.结果 CCI 7和14 d组大鼠术侧足底机械痛阈(PWPT)明显降低;CCI 7和14 d组大鼠术侧腰4～腰5(L4～L5)节段脊髓背角P2X3受体免疫反应阳性显著上升.结论 坐骨神经损伤后L4～L5节段脊髓背角P2X3受体免疫阳性的增加与机械痛敏的增强一致.在神经损伤的病理情况下.P2X3受体可能参与了脊髓中枢疼痛信息的调节.
