| 摘 要： | 目的提高无功能结核性脓肾经后腹腔镜切除水平，探讨手术适应证。方法总结11例经后腹腔镜切除结核性无功能肾的手术并发症、成功经验及手术技巧。结果11例均完整切除惠肾及大部分输尿管，平均手术时间109min，术中平均失血150ml。2例术中干酪样脓液外渗，1例出现切口感染。术后病理均为肾结核。结论后腹腔镜切除结核性无功能肾是较理想的治疗方法。但须严格手术适应证和掌握熟练的腹腔镜技术。

| Abstract: | Objective To elevate retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy for tuberculous nonfunctioning kidneys and study the indications.Methods 11 patients of tuberculous nonfunctioning kidney underwent retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy and the complications,succeeded experiences and technique was investigated, Results Retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy has been succecded inall 11 cases. The operation time was 109 minutes in average and blood loss was 150ml, The complication occurred in 2 cases.Conclusion The technique of retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy is a viable option for managing tuberculous nonfunctioning kidneys. |
