氯吡格雷阿司匹林和低分子肝素治疗急性冠脉综合征疗效观察

目的观察氯吡格雷、阿司匹林、低分子肝素三联治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效。方法将245例急性冠状动脉综合征患者分为观察组(120例)和对照组(125例),观察组给予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、低分子肝素联合治疗,对照组则用阿司匹林加低分子肝素进行抗血小板聚集,检测治疗前和治疗3个月后两组患者出凝血功能,统计两组治疗后心血管事件的发生率,出血发生率等,进行疗效对比。结果治疗3个月观察组的临床治疗效果比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。两组的出凝血功能相似(P>0.05),治疗后观察组缺血性事件及梗死后心绞痛等心血管事件的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);两组出血的发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05),均无需停药。结论三药合用能有效的发挥抗血栓作用,控制ACS的症状,降低再缺血事件发生率,而且安全性良好。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome with Clopidogrel Aspirine and low molecular heparin

Objective To analysis the clinic effect of acute coronary syndrome treated with Clopidogrel 、 Aspirine and low molecular heparin.Methods 245 patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into two groups.The treatment group was given standard dose of aspirin,clopidogrel and low molecular heparin.The control group was received aspirin and low molecular heparin treatment.The bleeding and clotting hemostatic function were detected before treatment and 3 months after treatment.The occurring rate of cardiovascular events and bleeding rate were compared.Results The clinic effect of treatment group was better than control group's.There was significant difference.The occurring rate of cardiovascular events was lower in treatment group than in control group after treatment.There was no significant difference in the bleeding rate.Conclusion the combination of Clopidogrel,Aspirine and low molecular heparin for treating acute coronary syndrome can improve the clinic effect.It can decrease the occurrence rate of cardiovascular events.
