桂西地区呼吸系统疾病病谱分析

目的调查桂西地区呼吸系统疾病的病谱构成比与病种发病率,为进一步做好呼吸系统疾病的医疗和科研及预防保健工作提供资料依据,从而提高广大人民的健康水平和生命质量。方法对2006年1月至2011年12月在我院呼吸内科住院病人6031份病案资料进行疾病分类统计和构成比分析,分析各年度各类疾病住院人数的变化。结果 6031例患者明确诊断的病种共65种,未能明确诊断37例,病种构成繁多;6年间桂西地区呼吸内科疾病发病率最高的前五位依次为细菌性肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、胸腔积液、肺癌、慢性支气管炎。结论肺炎和COPD是危害桂西人民的主要呼吸道疾病,感染成为首位呼吸道疾病,近年COPD有所下降,但慢性支气管炎呈上升趋势,肺癌发病率依旧居高不下,控烟工作依然严峻;肺炎、COPD、胸腔积液、肺癌、慢性支气管炎是桂西地区主要防治的呼吸系统疾病。

Analysis of the disease spectrum of respiratory diseases in western Guangxi

Objective To investigate the constitute of the disease spectrum of respiratory diseases and theirmorbility in western Guangxi so as to provide data for the medical and scientific research and prevention of respiratorydisease as well as to improve the health and quality of life of the majority of people. Methods Statistics for the classi-fication of diseases and composition ratio analysis were given to 6031 cases received by the Department of Respiratoryof our hospital from January 2006 to Decembe 2011. Changes of hospital admissions of various diseases each year wereanalyzed. Results Among the 6031 patients,65 species of disease were diagnosed and 37 cases were under unclear di-agnosis. During these five years in western Guangxi, the five top diseases with high incidence in the Department ofrspiratory were bypneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pleural effusion, lung cancer,chronicbronchitis. Conclusion Pneumonia and COPD have become the major respiratory diseases endangering the people ofwestern Guangxi respiratory and infection is the top one. In recent years, COPD declines, but chronic bronchitis is inan upward trend. The incidence of lung cancer is still high and smoking prohibition still needs great efforts. Pneumo-nia,COPD, pleural effusion, lung cancer, chronic bronchitisis are the major respiratory diseases needing preventionand treatment in western Guangxi. 【
