局部应用盐酸米诺环素辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效分析

目的 观察局部应用2%盐酸米诺环素辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果.方法 将60例慢性牙周炎患者,按治疗措施不同分为治疗组（盐酸米诺环素治疗组）和对照组（碘甘油治疗组）,每组30例,疗程4周.观察两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后的牙龈指数（GI）、菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）的变化情况.结果 治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.治疗前,两组患者的GI、PLI、SBI等牙周指标比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.治疗4周后,两组患者的各牙周指标均显著下降（P＜0.01）,观察组各个指标下降程度更为明显（P＜0.05或＜0.01）.结论 局部应用盐酸米诺环素辅助治疗慢性牙周炎,可获得较理想的临床疗效,值得推广应用.

Curative effect of local application of minocycline hydrochloride as adjuvant treatment for chronic periodontitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of local application of 2% of minocycline hydrochloride as adju- vant treatment for chronic periodontitis.Methods 60 cases with chronic periodontitis were divided into the treatment group （minocycline hydrochloride group） and the control group （iodine glycerol group） with 30 cases in each group. All patients were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical effect as well as the gingival index （GI） ,plaque index （PLI） and sulcus bleeding index （SBI） of both groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, which indicated significant statistical difference（ P 〈0.01）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of GI, PLI and SBI of both groups（ P 〉0.05）.After 4 weeks of treatment,however,the periodontal indexes of both groups declined（ P 〈0.01）, and those of the treatment group dropped more significantly（ P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）Conclusion Local application of minocycline hydrochloride can obtain ideal curative effect in adjuvant treatment for chronic periodontitis.Thus,it is worthy of popularization and application.
