腰椎间盘突出112例的手术治疗

报告 112例腰椎间盘突出 ,其中椎间盘脱出并侧隐窝狭窄 32例 ,同时有椎间孔狭窄卡压神经根 2例的手术治疗。手术采用开窗式椎间盘切除 80例 ,椎间盘切除并侧隐窝、椎间孔潜行减压术 32例 ,结果随访 6个月～ 4年 ,疗效满意。认为腰椎间盘突出的手术治疗的适应证及手术方式应根据患者年龄、病史、症状及体征而定 ,手术既要行椎间盘切除 ,又要探查侧隐窝及椎间孔 ,并注意保持脊椎稳定性 ,才会收到满意疗效。

Prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc:surgical management of 112 cases

patients with prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc were reported.Among them,80 underwent windowing removal of vertebral disc,and 32,removal of vertebral disc plus creeping decompression for the lateral crypts and intervertebral foramens.All patients were followed up for six months to four years,and showed satifactory results.It was concluded that the indication and operation form should be well considered according to patients' age,case history,and clinical manifestation,in the surgical management of prolapse of intervertebral disc.The removal of vertebral disc and the exploration of lateral crypts and intervertebral foramens must be both emphasized and vertebral stability maintained in the operation to ensure optimistic outcome.
