63例急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗的临床分析

目的　分析急性心肌梗死 (AMI)溶栓治疗效果。方法　比较急性心肌梗死患者治疗后冠脉再通、胸痛、严重并发症、出血副反应、住院病死率情况。结果　冠脉再通率静脉溶栓治疗组为 60 .7% ,非溶栓治疗组为 8.6% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;溶栓组心衰发生率 17.9% ,非溶栓组 40 .0 % ,两组比较亦有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而其他严重并发症、住院病死率、出血副反应两组比较均无明显差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论　急性心肌梗死的静脉溶栓具有显著的治疗效果。

An Efficacy Analysis of 63 Cases of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To analysis the curative effect of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI).Methods Compared the conditions of the AMI patients after intravenous thrombolysis with coronary artery reflow,angina,severe complications, bleeding and in-patient mortality.Results Coronary artery reflow rate was 60.7% in thrombolysis group,and 8.6% in control group(P<0.05),heart failure in intravenous thrombolysis group were 17.9% and 45.7%(P<0.05).But there were no distinct deferent between the two groups with severe complications,in-patient mortality and bleeding(P>0.05).Conclusion There were remarkable curative effect with intravenous thrombolysis in acute myocardial lnfarction.
